We’re confident that you’ll be pleased with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 10 days of delivery. Simply send us an email woodrop407@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.
Refund Amount: Your refund will cover the cost of the merchandise minus the return shipping fees. Please note that any shipping, packaging, merchant fees, and handling charges incurred during purchase will be deducted from your refund.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll arrange for a swift resolution or replacement. It’s important to report any damage or defects immediately upon delivery.
(Note: Our delivery personnel will document any defects or damage with photographs at the time of delivery.)
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Please do not assemble or alter the product. Our refund manager will inspect the returned item before processing the refund.
